AUTOMATIC DELIVERY: With Klasen you have a choice of how you would
like to arrange your heating oil service. With our automatic delivery
system, we refill your tank automatically and conveniently as you need it.
Our "degree day" monitoring system guarantees that you will always have
plenty of heating oil for your needs throughout the winter. Or if you prefer
you can monitor your own tank and order heating oil as you require it.
PRICE PROTECTION/PREPAYMENT PLAN: With our price cap program you can
predict your heating oil costs. We guarantee that your cost for fuel will
not go above a set price determined by the Management. Every July you can
lock into a low price, which saves you the uncertainty of heating bills
during the heating season. A minimum of 500 gallons must be purchased.
BUDGET PLANS: We have convenient payment plans, which allow you to
spread the costs throughout the year, rather than having them concentrated
in the heart of winter. Costs are based on your previous winter's
consumption and spread evenly throughout the year. There are no annual
